Attained his Chemical Engineering Degree at the University of California at Los Angeles. Has acted as project manager and engineering on teams for various companies throughout his career to meet demanding project timelines. His experience spans through global risk management, cold chain, validation, drug substance, drug product, NPI, cleaning validation, single-use technology, and various quality management systems.

Jason Tong is a senior consultant for Lucidyne. He has 12 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. He has worked as a qualification coordinator and lead consultant for the manufacturing and purification suite expansions for Novartis. He was also a consultant for CMO site management at Roche for ADC, Small Molecules, and Clinical Devices. He has supported global shipping qualification projects for Intarcia Therapeutics. He has lead qualification efforts at Kindred Biosciences for equipment validation. He coded Google App Scripts for Genentech's Tank Management Center to optimize their tank repair process and worked with their change control and discrepancy systems.
